While you take care of business, it continually monitors the status of your network and lets us know if something is about to go wrong, so we can take care of the problem before it affects your organization. Many problems can be resolved remotely, and if an on-site visit is necessary we will call to make arrangements.

In addition to 24/7 monitoring, every quarter a support technician will spend time with you reviewing reports, making recommendations, and resolving issues to prevent future problems.
